We've Updated Webhook Action Types

Webhooks used to be only available for tasks you created. With the improvement we've made, you can now also use the webhooks for support requests and email tasks.

Now you can have a record of the webhook created for the action type you selected for support request or email tasks.

In this way, this URL will be notified every time the type of action you choose happens.
