New Feautures in Email Boxes

Mark Emails as "Read": Previously, emails created as tasks in Cubicl were directly marked as read in the user's email provider. This setting is now left to the user's discretion. If the user does not select this option, the email will remain marked as unread in their email provider. After this update, your email box settings are set to active by default.


Assigning Client Managers as Assignees: Client managers can be determined on the client detail page. Previously, client managers were only added as assignees to support requests. If this setting is enabled, client managers will also be added as assignees when an email task is created.

If the project linked with the email box is a private project and some client managers are not project members, these individuals will not be assigned.

To adjust these settings, go to the Others>Email Boxes page and click Settings from the three dots next to any email you've connected.
