Homepage customization, text editor and more
- You can now fully customize your Cubicl homepage to fit your needs. Add or remove widgets such as the timeline, reports, calendar (week/day/list views), tasks assigned to you or that you follow, recent tasks and support requests, exchange rates, sticky notes, projects, and even the weather.
- You can also create tasks in any project directly from the homepage.
- You can now set a Default Page for projects. Project admin can decide which page users will see first when opening a project.
- While creating task and step descriptions, you can enhance your text using the editor.
- Two new tabs have been added to the Current Task Status section in project reports:
- By Project: Shows the number of tasks in each project, including subprojects.
- By Stage Type: Shows the number of tasks by stage types such as pending, active, completed, suspended, and canceled.
- The default view retains the existing report format.
Additional updates:
- You can now upload files to tasks via a public URL.
- Task completion percentages now take into account workflow steps that have not yet been created.
- In the chat list, user time-offs are marked with “on leave” along with their return date.
- The emoji list has been updated with the latest version, including new emojis.
